1.0 General1.1. "Absolute Flowers" is an incorporated New Zealand company. All “Absolute Flowers” website activities come under New Zealand legal jurisdiction.

To this end we assure customers that the operation of this website follows the Model Code for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce published by the New Zealand Ministry of Commerce, and that we faithfully observe our obligations as set out by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
2.0 Pricing2.1. Prices displayed on “Absolute Flowers” website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders.
Prices may be adjusted for any reason and may vary at any time.
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on the website and in any other correspondence.

4.0 Faulty or Damaged Goods4.1 Whenever possible, “Absolute Flowers” website will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery. “Absolute Flowers” website will undertake to repair or replace any faulty goods. Damaged or faulty goods will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of “Absolute Flowers”. Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods. Damaged and faulty goods must be returned to “Absolute Flowers” in accordance with our returns policy.
5.0 Order Cancellation5.1 Though “Absolute Flowers” website will endeavour to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on “Absolute Flowers” website to supply. “Absolute Flowers” website reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. “Absolute Flowers” obligations will be limited to protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
5.2. In event of any cancelled order, cheque or direct debt payments will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. In the event that credit card payment is processed for a cancelled order, refunds will processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
5.3 Customers who wish to cancel any order must notify “Absolute Flowers” website by email before the order has been despatched. Once the order has left our building we are unable to accept any cancellations.
6.0 Returns6.1 The “Absolute Flowers” website will only accept returns for the following:
• Goods damaged prior to delivery
• Goods with manufacturing faults
• Goods supplied incorrectly
• Goods that vary from their description on the “Absolute Flowers” website
7.0 Submissions7.1 Any submissions between Absolute Flowers and any customer is to be treated as a submission to Absolute Flowers. By making any submission to Absolute Flowers you are granting Absolute Flowers absolute use of the material, ideas, materials, suggestions, concepts or comments and transferring ownership of ideas to Absolute Flowers. Absolute Flowers is not required to name the customer, compensate the customer or reward the customer in any way, unless required by law.

To the extent of permissible law, we disclaim all warranties and representations. 9.0 Colour9.1 Absolute Flowers displays products in a variety of ways however colours displayed on a screen vary and may not represent the exact colours in reality. Absolute Flowers is not responsible or liable for any liability or loss incurred through the colours of the website not matching reality.
10.0 Delivery Policy10.1 Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your credit card details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase. We delivery anywhere within New Zealand and estimated delivery times are stated with the shipping option chosen by or for you. Some isolated area's may require additional delivery time.Delivery times are based from the received payment time.
Deliveries are made by NZ Couriers, Pedal Express and by our own delivery staff.
